It depends on the type of extension. I get "frontal" extensions to add fullness, not length to my hair, and they are $150 and last about 6 weeks. A full head will be at least twice that. You can get them at most higher end salons. Usually you will have to have a consultation.

i got em before....at mitchells. they were about 400$. and i hadta get em retouched every 2 months. they were just like a row..i wanted thicker and longer hair. then i got em removed, cuz i just didnt lik em anymore...and i had major hair loss. so unless u plan to pay 1500$ every 3 months and get the expensive kind where they glue a buncha mini bunches of hair everywhere. so in my opinion, go to sallys and get clip ons. so much better.
