yes but the extensions might get damaged. u can get extensions that are already dyed. liek remove tho old ones, dye natural hair then get new ones with new color. higlighted ones are even available.

Usually, no. I sell high quality synthetic hair extensions and they are able to be dyed, the dye will come off and it is not good for the extension.
