The extentions are falling out but some of the glue is staying and my hair is getting tanggled....Please help!!

I have hair extentions...and I want to take them off?
put LOTS of conditioner in your hair and leave it for 10 mins...then they should come out easier if not then go to the shop that did your extensions or ask the person who did it to get you some BOND remover..and do the same thing...I found conditioner the best an I both do hair extentions and wear them...Dont tug or Pull your hair if you can help it just be patient with it....hope this helps....
