They should last for 3 months if you follow the maintenance instructions that you should be given by your technician......If you look after them properly they can last for any amount of time. I have a client who has had hers in for over 10 months, I am at college with a girl who has had hers in for over a year, its only the extensions around the hairline which when they grow past a certain length need to be re-placed nearer to the scalp.

They are great if you look after them and are relatively hassle free.

I have had mine in for 8 weeks and i had maintenance on the 2 weeks ago, I am having them re- done again in 4 weeks, but i have not had them all replaced when i had the maintenance just the bottom two rows, i will be having the top rows replaced this time round. I have Racoon exstensions.it depends on each different person, and what type of exstensions you get and how you look after them etc, I am very good with mine and mine still look as good as the day i got them.

These are 150-200 pieces of hair with glue attached to them, and these are attached to small pieces of hair close to the scalp,(packed in rows going around the head in a horse shoe shape) using a heat connector to melt the bond to the hair, and the glue is then rolled into a small bond.

The top layer of your hair covers the extensions, and will usually need to be blended/texturised further to blend with your natural hair and to avoid the 'step' look at the back.

The process takes around 4 hours, depending how many you have applied (usually 150, but if your hair is particularly thick you may need up to 200).

They are usually human hair, which if colour matched correctly, will blend beautifully with your natural hair, and if the hair is good quality, will look and feel like your natural hair.

It can be blow dryed/straightened/curled/colo... although i would advise against colouring them, best to choose different colours first rather than risk damaging them.

An extensions stylist can match the extensions perfectly, even if you have high/low lights.

If applied professionally and maintained correctly there should not be any falling out, but usually after the first month or two expect a few to come out, your stylist should allow for this when applying.

They will last 3-4 months depending on the natural hair growth and maintenance, but the same hair can be re-applied usually at a fraction of the cost if required.

In a salon you can expect to pay between 鎷?00-鎷?00 for a full head, and a mobile extensions stylist between 鎷?00-鎷?00.

I charge 鎷?60-400 for a full head of balmain top quality extensions.
