If you glue them on to you glue it over you real hair??? and if u do does it damage it??

extensions are just a bad thing to do to your poor hair. I would not recommend it at all. Glue will definitely damage your hair.

Hair extensions can be really damaging. Look at the Jennifer Aniston story! But sometimes they can be great! Just go to a really great salon and get them done. I think the really expensive glue is the best -- that's usually in hollywood and stuff where the hair dressers have done this "procedure" a ton. I'd say just wait and grow out your hair. You can get "Hair, Skin, and Nails for Women" at GNC. It's great because it has a lot of biotin which is essential for speedy hair growth. I should know, I'm taking it! :)
