i'm talking about the bondage, glue-in, ruin-your-hair extentions.

like the ones all the kids on myspace have, and they put them in themselves.

how do you put in your own hair extentions, especially in the back?

I'm not sure about glue-in kinds, but I have a friend who had extensions waxed-in. You might want someone to do the back extensions for you. Also it might be a wise idea to get someone else to do it all for you, just to insure that it's being done right. But besides that, you should just do the common sense, and buy extensions and glue them in.

my extentions haven't runined my hair. only thing that broke my hair off was dying it blonde!

it's difficult to put tracks in the back by yourself. but if you must, make sure you have two mirrors (one in the front, one in the back so you can see what you're doing). part your hair where you want to place the track. measure how much hair you'll need, cut, glue, and stick it on the part you made.

it's must easier when you have someone to help you!
