Has anyone else had problems with FRIZZY LIZZY SALONS particularly with hair extentions?

Two of my friends are currently devastated with the fact that after their visit to frizzy lizzy salon their expensive hair extentions are falling out and not staying in it's even taking the hair out from the roots on one of the girls! She has bald patches on her head now! And just to top it off the girls went into her salon to have her look at it and mabey take them out or fixt them up and Liz started screaming at them and very agressivley shoved them out of her shop. She has horrible customer service and is a rude and un proffessional hag! I reccomend anyone who is planning to go into her shop to have their hair done should think again and prehaps pay a little extra somewhere else and have you hair looked after and get what you pay for! The hair extentions my friends got were done on the baby hairs and they were too heavy for the hair she'd sectioned off, they have been to a few other salons and they have said to have them taken out ASAP!!!

BEFORE YOU GET EXTENSION AT ANY SALON, YOU SHOULD KNOW THE RISK!!!! EXTENSIONS MAKE EVERYONES HAIR FALL OUT! MAYBE NOT IN PATCHES LIKE THAT BUT, IT IS A RISK. ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HAIR!!!! AND ABOUT THEM FALLING OUT ARE YOUR FRIENDS TAKING CARE OF THE EXTENSIONS PROPERLY? DO THEY KNOW THERE ARE CERTAIN SHAMPOOS TO USE????
